  2. Now add tadka ni pressure cooker if required cook it for some mints with or without lids.
  3. Garnishing with corriender leaves than serve it.

I have used homemade sambar powder to make sambar recipe. But store-bought powder will work Wash and chop all the veggies you want to add to the sambar. I have used carrots, baingan (small.
