  1. Clean to or dal take 2 cooker add dal and 2 cups water and cover lid and allow it 4 wissels another pan add chana dal,Urad dal,whole coriander,cumin seeds and dry red chillies dry roast it after roasted all ingredients meke a powder
  2. Take a vessel add 2 cups of water and tamarind pulp and cover the lid
  3. When tamarind water boiled add turmeric power, red chilli powder, salt and vegetables cover the lid and cook it in 3 minutes
  4. After 4 wissels cooker allow to cool
  5. After it open the cooker lid and smash it
  6. Now check vegetables are cooked are not
  7. When vegetables cook properly add boiled and smashed dal 1/2cup water and take a 2 tsp (roasted chana dal, urad dal, coriander,cumin seeds, and red chillies)powder in a bowl add 2 tbsp of water make a Surry and mix it in a sambar
  8. For tadka take a tadka pan add 1 tsp oil mustard seeds and fennel seeds red chillies fry it after 2 seconds add onion and fry it golden brown colour now add curry leaves and transper this tadka in a Sambar add readymade Sambar powder and coriander leaves give it a good mix and switch off the flame
