  18. Take 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  19. Prepare 1 string Curry leaves

Instructions to make Sambar, Idli with mint coconut sauce:
  1. Firstly wash then peel all the vegetables.. Then cut into small thin pieces
  2. Now take a pressure cooker and put all the vegetables along with arhar daal & water..
  3. Add salt, turmeric and1spoon of oil or ghee
  4. Flame on
  5. 3-4whistles then low the flame.. Cook for 15 minutes more
  6. Add turmerind water &sambher masala
  7. Simmer
  8. For tadka -take a fry pan..put 1tea spoon of desi ghee.. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli& curry leaves
  9. Transfer the sambher in a bowl.. Garnish with mustard seeds tadka
  10. Sambher is ready
  11. Serve hot
