  1. Wash the radish. Peel and chop it into small pieces. Chop tomato into small pieces as well.
  2. Take a frying pan. Add oil, cummin seeds, jeera and urad dal. Saute it well.
  3. Now add the green peas. Keep the simmer low and fry it for 5-8 mins. Add 1 tbspn salt to it. Frying happens faster with salt
  4. Next add the tomato and radish. Saute it well. Let is cook for another 5 mins.
  5. Once it's cooked properly, add gram flour. Spread it evenly. Saute it well again. Keep it on low flame for another 2-3 mins. Add oil to mix it well. Spread coriander over it.
  6. Serve hot.
