  1. Churn the curd into buttermilk add water according to your preference
  2. Heat oil in wok, add cumin, mustard and green chillies
  3. Add curry leaves and onions
  4. After onions are done add chopped tomatoes and salt cook till mushy. And take it off from the flame and add coriander leaves.
  5. After it cool down add buttermilk and mix well.
  6. Serve it with hot rice.
