  3. Dough should be of thick consistency.
  4. Now divide dough in four parts.Roll them.
  5. Steam them for 5 mts on high and 15mts on slow heat.
  6. See by piercing the knife if they are cooked.Knife should come out clean.
  7. Let them cool.Cut into slices.Can be kept in the fridge for a week in a zip lock bag.
  8. Whenever you want to serve fry them crisp.
