  1. First of all make the custard by mixing all the ingredients together and boiling them a little to make a little thick.
  2. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool completely and keep them inside the refrigerator for chilling completely.
  3. Then put the milk for making rasgulla on the gas stove and allow them to boil and then switch off the flame and add vinegar in it and allow the milk to curdle.
  4. Strain all the chhena from the whey and hang it for 15 -20 minutes.
  5. In the meantime grate the chocolate.
  6. Then mash the chhena with the heel of your palm for 10 minutes until they become smooth.
  7. Then add the semolina and half of the cardamom powder and again mash with your hand.
  8. Then make equal portions of the mashed chhena and make balls of them.
  9. Place the grated chocolates inside the chhena balls.
  10. Then prepare the sugar syrup by adding sugar, water and half of the cardamom powder and allow them to boil for 5 minutes.
  11. Then put all the chocolate stuffed rasgullas inside the sugar syrup and cover them until they become double in size.
  12. Then your chocolate rasgullas are ready.
  13. Allow the rasgullas to soak the sugar syrup for sometime.
  14. While serving squeeze the rasgulla from the sugar syrup and then serve them with chilled custard.
  15. Garnish with some splitted cashew nuts and grated chocolates also.
