  10. Butter your cake dish, line it with flour, tip out any excess flour.pour the mixture
  11. Bake it at 160°c for 50 to 60 min. don't forget to preheat the oven at 160 °c
  12. Leave to cool on wire rack for an hour then refrigerate two hours before unmoulding.
  13. Dust top with icing sugar, slice and serve
