Pour the sponge batter on to the custard layer don't worry the batter will automatically float on top now take a pan or tin bigger then your cake tin fill it with water pan your tin in water this will create water bath for your custard place the whole thing in oven baked for around 30 to 40 minutes keeping eye on it
  4. When it is done remove it out of the oven and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours de mould it cut slices and enjoy…😋😋😋
  5. Tips =. Do not over mix the batter,your custard may take more or less time to check insert a toothpick in center it it comes clean it's done……
