  1. Take 500 gms curd
  2. Get 2 tbsp oil
  3. Take 6 tbsp besan for kadhi
  4. Prepare 2 small bowls besan for pakora
  5. Get 1/4 tsp methi dana
  6. Get 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp Carom seeds
  8. Make ready 1/2 tea spoon Mustard seeds
  9. Make ready 15 curry leaves
  10. Prepare 2 inch ginger grated
  11. Take 1 tsp coriander whole
  12. Prepare 2 Red chillies
  13. Prepare to taste Salt

Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. Kadhi pakora or Punjabi kadhi is the perfect vegetarian comfort food from North India. Vegetable fritters (pakoras) are coated in a chickpea flour mix and fried to golden-brown perfection.

Instructions to make Kadhi pakora:
  1. Take a pan on medium flame & pour oil in it.Make a mixture of besan add water for pakora.add 1/4tea spoon salt and hing (asafoetida) mix well for atleast 10 mins Then start to make small pakoras & place in oil gently.
  2. Make a mixture of besan and curd and blend it with blender until batter smoothens.Take other pan for kadhi pour 1 tbsp oil then add methi, ajwain, jeera, rai, in given quantity.Then add curry leaves, whole coriander with 1 tbsp water.
  3. Add the batter in the pan wait till the kadhi boils, add salt to taste.Turn the flame to sim leave it for atleast 35 mins.
  4. Take a small pan on medium flame roast 2 red chillies with 1/2 tsp chilli powder pour it on kadhi now kadhi pakora is ready to be served.
  5. Put the paroras in water squeeze one by one carefully add to the kadhi. Serve hot with roti/rice.
