- Now put a thin layer of rice in a pot in which the biryani is to be cooked, then heat half a cup of oil on it and put it on the marinated chicken. Then apply the remaining rice to it. Now put the remaining half cup of hot oil on top of it. Then dissolve the color in water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 20 minutes. First keep the flame on high for 5 minutes, then let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Now let's prepare the chicken fry. Marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients of chicken fry. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chicken pieces in it on medium heat.
- When biryani is ready, serve hot garnish with tomato flower and fried chicken.
