  7. Take 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  8. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Fenugreek seeds(Methi Dana)

  11. Get 1 medium onion
  12. Take 100 gm Spinach leaves

  14. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  15. Take to taste Salt

Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. Kadhi pakora or Punjabi kadhi is the perfect vegetarian comfort food from North India. Vegetable fritters (pakoras) are coated in a chickpea flour mix and fried to golden-brown perfection.

  2. Chop onion in slices.
  3. Chop spinach.
  4. Mix onion & spinach with gramflour, salt, red chillies powder & water. Make a thick batter paste.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frier.
  6. Fry pakora in hot oil. Set aside.
  7. Kadhi recipe :
  8. Churn Gram flour in sour Buttermilk.
  9. Heat oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds allow it to crackle.
  10. Add Kashmiri chilli powder in oil. Add asofetida.
  11. Add churned gram flour buttermilk.
  12. Boil while steering.
  13. Add roasted Fenugreek on top.
  14. Add pakoras & boil for 3-4 mins.
  15. Kadhi Pakora is ready
