  11. Prepare 5-6 Curry leaves
  12. Make ready 4-5 Dry Red chillies
  13. Make ready as per taste Red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  15. Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
  16. Get some Fresh coriander leaves
  17. Make ready As per taste Salt
  18. Get as required Oil
  19. Make ready as per taste Chicken Masala if needed

Steps to make Village Style Chicken Curry:
  1. Wash and marinate chicken by applying salt, lemon juice or curd as per your choice. Keep it for 1/2 hour if possible.
  2. Take a pan, dry roast Coconut powder, take it out.
  3. Fry sliced chopped Onions for 2 minutes, add coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, Rock flower, Star Anise, cumin seeds, curry leaves and Dried Red chilli.
  4. Roast all ingredients till it turns brown.
  5. Let all ingredients cool completely.
  6. Make a fine paste by adding water.
  7. Take a kadhai, heat oil as per your choice.
  8. Add bay leaves,1/2 tbsp cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Red chilli powder (already ground red chillies so keep in mind)
  9. Saute for 1 minute on low flame.
  10. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook till soften.
  11. Add marinate chicken,add some salt(already salt is added while marinating so keep in mind)
  12. Mix well, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
  13. Add prepared masala paste, mix and cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  14. Add water and adjust gravy as per your choice.
  15. Or you can enjoy Sukka Chicken masala without gravy.
  16. After adding water, add some chicken masala powder or garam masala powder if you want. Otherwise, you can skip.
  17. Cover and let it boil for 5 minutes on high heat.
  18. Turn off gas flame.
  19. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
  20. Spicy and delicious Village style Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
