  16. Prepare 20-25 cooked besan pakora

Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. Kadhi is served with plain white rice. Kadhi pakora or Punjabi kadhi is the perfect vegetarian comfort food from North India. Vegetable fritters (pakoras) are coated in a chickpea flour mix and fried to golden-brown perfection.

Instructions to make Kadhi pakora:
  1. Get a bowl and take a all ingredients gram flour,curd,red chilli powder,.coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well then add water and salt mixing with 2-3 minutes no lumps
  2. For tadka heat a pan and take a ghee and hot then add a hing than add black peppercorn, fenugreek seed,mustard seeds crackle and add to ginger and add green chilli after that mix a kadhi batter made earlier
  3. Medium flame and continue to stir till it reaches a first boil
  4. Then on low heat 20 to 25 minutes boil kadhi after mix a pakora and cooked 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat
  5. And our kadhi pakoda ready to serve
