  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except bread, turmeric powder, besan and oil and mix them well.

  4. In another bowl, make a batter of besan, salt, garam masala powder and water and deep bread pakora in it.
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry these bread pakora in it.
  6. For making sev, in a bowl, combine besan, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and oil and make very tight dough of it using water.
  7. In hot oil, with help of grating tool, grated besan dough in medium hot oil and deep fry it.
  8. Your besan sev and bread pakora is ready to serve.
  9. Sprinkle some chat masala on it.
