  1. Take the leftover Roti and grind it in a Mixy.
  2. Take the Curd and add the water to it,gram flour,ginger paste,green chiili paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,Dhaniya powder,Garam Masala Powder,Sugar and mix this all ingredients to avoid lumps
  3. Take a non stick pan and put this batter and the crushed veggies into this alongside the powdered Roti and then stir it to cook it and add salt per taste.
  4. Alter the sourness and saltiness per taste.
  5. Stir till it starts to leave the pan.
  6. Take a greased tray and pour this khamni in it.Add Fresh Coriander and Grated Coconut.
  7. Take 1 tbsp Oil and add Mustard Seeds,Sesame seeds,chopped Green chillies,some curry leaves and hing.
  8. Pour this tadka on top of the khamni we let to set in the tray.
  9. Once it cools down,cut into any preferred shapes.
  10. Now it's ready.
