  3. Then add tomato saute for one min then add dry masala,sugar and salt cook for 2 min till the tomato get soft
  4. Then add 2 cup water then mix it well cover with lid cook for 6-7 min in medium flame
  5. After that tomato Shak is ready to serve
  6. Take a bowl pour the tomato Shak spread sev garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  7. Serve with bread, pav and chapati
