  11. Prepare 1-2 tablespoon cream (optional)
  12. Get 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)

  16. Take 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  17. Prepare 5-6 garlic cloves (lahsun) - finely chopped
  18. Take 2-3 dry red chilies (sookhi lal mirch)
  19. Prepare 1 generous pinch of asafoetida (hing)
  20. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
  21. Take for garnish:
  22. Make ready 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)

  24. Make ready 1 small piece of charcoal
  25. Get 1/4 teaspoon ghee or oil
