  1. Take daal washed and soaked for half an hour.

  3. Take a pan add clarified butter add garlic,ginger and onion saute add red chilli and garam masala mix.
  4. Then add tomato puree mix add daal mixed and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Dal tarka ready to eat.
