Instructions to make Daal tadka:
  1. Take Clean and washed tur dal and yellow moong daal in a cooker add required water and take 4 whistle. Cool the cooker completely.
  2. Open cooker take boiled daal in one pan churn with hand blender or in a mixer..add Red chilli powder turmeric powder and dhaniya jeera powder 1 teaspoon ginger garlic and green chilli paste pinch of garam masala add salt mix all properly.
  3. Take tadka pan add garlic cloves pieces one slited green chilli Jeera mustard seeds 2 to 3 Curry patta keep on a high flame when garlic turned brown add asafoetida immediately add this tadka in daal cover the lid for 5 minutes.. Now open lid adjust consistency by adding water..
  4. Boil the daal till masala cooked properly. sprinkle coriander leaves and turn off the flame. Serve hot with rice.
