Heat the ghee in a small kadai, add in the cumin seeds and add the red chillies and allow it to crackle. Once its crackles and the red chilli is well roasted, turn off the heat.   3. Now for tempering add 1 tsp ghee, dried red chilli, cumin seeds, when it starts to splutter and turn off the flame. Serve hot.
