Heat oil in wok over medium heat. This dish was as good as any chicken Korma I have had in an Indian restaurant. In a wok heat ยฝ cup oil. Add sliced onion and fry until brown.

  2. Cut onions into slices…fry in oil…Let them brown and keep it in freezer for 15 mints…. After tht crush it with fingures… And set a side
  3. Now in remaining oil add gingergarlic paste
  4. Then marinated chkn
  5. When chkn is about to tender add kewra..
  6. Now add brown crushed onions… And cook for 10 mints
  7. Garnish with green chillies and coriander…serve with naan… Total serving is 10 people…
