  5. Phir usme hari mirch dal ke thora bhun lein.
  6. Phir usme sabut laal mirch gol wali dal ke bhun lein.
  7. Bheegi hoi daal ka pani hata lein.
  8. Ab is daal ko pateelay me shamil kar dein aur piyaz ke sath thora bhunain.
  9. Ab isme bheege hoye chawalon ka pani gira kar chawalon ko pateelay me dal dein.
  10. Ab isme hasb.e.zaroorat neem garampani dal dein. jitni garhi ya patli khichdi rakhni ho usi hisab se pani shamil karden.aur tez anch par pakayen.
  11. Ab isme chicken powder add kar dein.
  12. Hasb.e.zaroorat namak shamil kar dein.
  13. Taiz anch par pakayen ta ke chawal aur dal pak jayen.
  14. Phir pateelay ka dhakkan laga kar anch halki kar ke kuch dair dam par pakne dein.
