  1. Ek pan lein or usmai 4 cup pani daal kar chanay ke daal shamil krlein(daal ki 4 ghbtay pani mein bhigo kar rkhlein)
  2. Ab ismai chicken add krlein
  3. Ab ismai 6 dry chillies,zeera,dhaniya,ginger garlic paste,salt,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder dal kar mix krlein.
  4. Phir ismai ek cury pata add krein,ek choti stick dar cheeni ke aur 2 bari elichiyan.
  5. Phir isay 20-25 minute tak cover krdein
  6. Ab ismai sy chicken,curry pata,dar cheeni,elaichhi nikal lein.
  7. Chicken ko nikal kar iskay pieces krlein.
  8. Ismai sy sabit garam masala b nikal lein.
  9. Daal ke andr agr paani hai toh flame high kar ke pani dry krlein.apnay completely isko dry nai krnaa hlka hlka pani rehbay dena hai.
  10. Ab ap daal ko achay sy pees lein.
  11. Phir ap daal mein chicken add krdein aur ek boiled potato.
  12. Phir ismai 3,4 mirchein shamil krlein(chopped),piyaaz(finely chopped) aur dhaniya
  13. Phir apnay isay achi tarhan mix krlena hai.
  14. Agr apko masalay kam lgein toh ap aur bhi add kar sktay hei.
  15. Phir hath par pani laga kar ap tikiyan bana lein.
  16. Phir ap ek egg lein usaay beat krein or tikiyoun ko anda laga kar fry krlein
  17. Phir tikiyan achay sy fry kar ke ap isay serve krlein๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜
