  3. Now remove lid.. add chicken powder.. mix n cook for more 10 mins.. untill water dries n daal tender.. Now in another pan heat oil (3,4tbsp) add garlic,cumin seeds n chillies.. when garlic turns brown add chilli powder..cook for 1min
  4. Now dish out daal n pour tarka on it..
