  8. Then take 3eggs in a bowl and beat very well
  9. Another plate take the bread crumbs for coating
  10. Once it became room temperature start to make the small balls in chicken mixture, u can make different shapes of cutlet
  11. Here I just make the rounded and flattening shape. Then dip into the egg slightly and again coated into the bread crumbs and mix gently.
  12. Keep it in a plate, dip all the balls and ready for frying.
  13. Then slightly add the each balls in an oil, one side is become golden colour,flip and fry other side
  14. Now the cutlet is ready for serving with a cup of tea
