  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts. Heat some oil or ghee in a pan. Make small tikkis with the mixture and shallow fry them till they turn golden and crispy on both the sides. Do the frying on medium low flame or the tikkis will not cook on the inside.
  4. Remove them from the pan and garnish onion rings and serve with green chutney.
