  9. Put back in the oven for about 15-30 mins. Check wings using a fork after 15 minutes. Aim for juicy and tender. The outside should become glazed with the mango sauce.
  10. Remove from oven and enjoy while still hot. Scoop some of the mango Habanero sauce from the dish on top of the wings if you wish.
