- Take some water and add some Oil and salt
- Bring it to boil and add Noodles
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes
- Drain in cold water and apply some oil
- Keep the Noodles aside for later use
- Now for Chicken stock - in a pan take some water
- Add chicken bones, salt, pepper Corns, Sliced onions, 4 Garlic cloves & Coriander stems to the water
- Bring it to a boil and cook on low flame for an hour
- After one hour strain the Chicken stock
- Now in a pan take oil
- Add Chopped Garlic and Sliced onions
- Add Chopped Chillies, Sliced mushrooms & stir this well
- Add Sliced Chicken and stir on vary high flame
- Add some salt and pepper
- Once Chicken is cooked remove this from pan
- Now arrange the Noodles in a bowl
- Add stir fried chicken, veggies & Sliced Tomatoes on top
- Pour in the hot Chicken stock
- Sprinkle Chopped Coriander Leaves on top
- Season with vinegar and Soya sauce - serve piping hot Enjoy
