  1. Take some water and add some Oil and salt
  2. Bring it to boil and add Noodles
  3. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes
  4. Drain in cold water and apply some oil
  5. Keep the Noodles aside for later use
  6. Now for Chicken stock - in a pan take some water
  7. Add chicken bones, salt, pepper Corns, Sliced onions, 4 Garlic cloves & Coriander stems to the water
  8. Bring it to a boil and cook on low flame for an hour
  9. After one hour strain the Chicken stock
  10. Now in a pan take oil
  11. Add Chopped Garlic and Sliced onions
  12. Add Chopped Chillies, Sliced mushrooms & stir this well
  13. Add Sliced Chicken and stir on vary high flame
  14. Add some salt and pepper
  15. Once Chicken is cooked remove this from pan
  16. Now arrange the Noodles in a bowl
  17. Add stir fried chicken, veggies & Sliced Tomatoes on top
  18. Pour in the hot Chicken stock
  19. Sprinkle Chopped Coriander Leaves on top
  20. Season with vinegar and Soya sauce - serve piping hot Enjoy
