Now beat 2 egg and spread the whole egg on it. Now in a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee when it starts smoking. Pour it on the egg. Sprinkle chopped coriander and red Chile flakes.
  6. Now preheat the oven 200 c for 5 min. Then bake it for 10 min. Serve it. I have served it with toasted bread.
