  8. Take 2 cloves minced garlic
  9. Take 1 minced medium yellow onion
  10. Get 2 Tbsp butter
  11. Prepare 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  12. Prepare Cooked and drained pasta of your choice
  13. Prepare Parmesan Cheese for garnish

Stir in chicken broth and wine until blended. After visiting two grocery stores,I found out white vermouth is a liquor store item,so I just bought some white cooking wine.   1. Melt butter in sauce pan on medium heat. Once butter is foaming add minced onions.

  10. Add remaining Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  11. Add tomatoes.
  12. Combine tomatoes into mixture. Cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and cover.
  13. Serve sauce over pasta first, then meat Mushroom mixture, and finish with a bit of sauce on top. Garnish with parmesan cheese.

It's such a creative outlet for me. I've been dying to add cooking demos to my channel, so here's my first video. The trick is to simmer the sauce slowly and let it reduce till it thickens, so the flavour really develops. I also find that cheap sweet wine works best, like Liebfraumilch!! Once the cream is starting to thicken, return the other ingredients to the pan, and continue to simmer gently, gradually adding the remaining.
